I had just been in for service Dec 20th and my coolant was low so I brought it to the dealership Fri, Jan 12. My last man i worked with in the service department was good. But previous times I have been very disappointed since repairs were not accomplished. I had an intermittent camera that kept going out. I brought it in and showed them it was not working and made another appointment. When I brought it back in it was working again and they said if could leave it but if they did not find anything wrong then I would be charged. I said I already brought it in before and showed the service people it was not working. They said they would charge me if they did not find anything. I have broght it two times when it was not working and they make another appointment only to have to cancel because it starts working again. They would never take it in and work on it when it was not working. They always said i need to make an appointment again. Very disappointed. More

Made appointment at Suntrup VW. When my boyfriend went to drop it off they sent him to another building then back to the first building then to another room there. The service itse When my boyfriend went to drop it off they sent him to another building then back to the first building then to another room there. The service itself was fine. Oil change and found front brake pad low so I agreed to brake work. They were able to send me a link to pay online so my boyfriend could pick it up without having to pay himself since he was already there and I was home working with no vehicle. They sent him to 3 different places to pick it up. The final person said they would need to get valet to bring it up which was incorrect as it was already in the front lot. He got that person to give him the keys and was able to bring it home. More

I had the oil changed in my Titan. For some reason, the tire pressure was reduced to 34 psi in all four tires. It was 39 when I brought it in. I know it was changed because the dash tire display screen was up when I got my truck back from the dealership. When I got home, I checked the tire psi sticker on my door frame. Yup, tire pressure should never have been changed. Luckily I have a compressor and was able to make the adjustments at home (but I never should have had to). Also, my service ticket stated that 5W-30 oil was used (the third oil change in a row it has been like this on my service receipt). I get it, full synthetic was probably used, but why print this on the receipt? Putting the correct oil used on the receipt would help ensure peace of mind, in my opinion. More
