My previous car-purchasing experiences have been poor...I've never been confident I've gotten a good deal and haven't really felt that the decision has ultimately been mine. That being said, this car purchase was entirely different. I came into Suntrup because my lease was ending and I couldn't put off any longer. I was warmly greeted by J.D. and eased into into everything. Not once did I feel a sense of pressure; and no pun intended, but felt I was in the driver's seat from the beginning. From the questions he asked me, we arrived at the perfect car. It was so seamless and easy that I was relieved and excited all at once. I have since recommended this dealership and, of course, this salesman to as many people who will listen. If I continue to purchase from VW, and I likely will, there is no question that I will be calling upon J.D. and Suntup VW when I need a new car. More

Suntrup Nissan of South County is the best. Travis Gude is the best new car salesman I have ever worked with. This was my third vehicle purchase from Suntrup but my first brand new vehicle. I had been researching the 2013 Nissan Altima and stopped to see the vehicle. Travis greeted me and was the most friendly and knowledgeable saleman. I felt he was very concerned about me and ensuring I got into the vehicle at a price I could afford. After making sure the deal was good for me he went over my new 2013 Nissan Altima SV four times to make sure I knew how to properly operate the car. I really really appreciated that. Travis really cares about his customers, I have never had such an enjoyable time purchasing a new vehicle. Telephone system poor. There is apparently a central number for a number of locations, which mis-directed calls, and ultimately no one picked up after 28 rings. They are apparently not willing to work on my car, though it is a VW. I don't know how much I owe for this information and lack of service, if anything; when I can pick up my car if it is after my work hours; etc. I will never go here again! I wish I could say who I talked to, but guess what? Nobody is answering phones at 4:30 PM on a Friday. I'm not sure how I will retrieve my car after 11 PM tonight. I'm renting a car. Not happy about paying for a rental just because no one can pick up a phone. More
For once, our car buying experience was pleasant. When my husband and I came to the dealership, we had made an appointment with Matt. Aaron Young quickly & pleasantly greeted us then promptly directed us to Matt. We needed a car but weren't sure if we wanted to get a new or used car. Matt explained the benefits of getting a new car & patiently worked with us to make sure we got the car we wanted. He wasn't pushy, yet he was very helpful. He listened to what our needs were rather than just trying to get us to buy what he wanted to sell. Kudos also to Frank in finance who worked so hard to get us into a payment plan that fit our budget. We will definitely recommend Matt Cochran & Suntrup Nissan to our family & friends. More
There were a few issues with the car that Elvir took care of on his own time. Its good to know that I can cal or text him anytime and get a timely response. I drove up to suntrup wanting to get a new car. I walked around the dealershp and no one came out to help me, I thnk walked in the showroom and still no one offered to help me. I like it so I got a quote (after about 2 hours...) I tood the quoke to Nissan West County and they laughed at it. Nissan West county was able to give me a special edition model at a lower price then suntrups base model... Thanks for wasting my time! $5 grand over my butt, what a rip off More
The customer service of this company is a disgrace. They have rude women answering the phones. The service department never calls you back and if you have anything but a new car they could care less about y have rude women answering the phones. They put you on hold forever when you call and did a terrible job with the recall on my pathfinder. They fixed it only half way and there were fumes pouring into my vehicle because they didn't take the time to do a good job and you could see the engine from the steering shaft inside the car. I left two days worth of messages and never got a call back and I call the company 13 times in two days and finally insisted that they physically go into the service department and contact someone. Every person I spoke with was rude except the mechanic Sean who finally answered the phone. Awful service, awful workmanship and rude people. More
We purchased from the dealer but the price was an absolute lie. Had to buy from them because they were the only one with a stick.
