Aaron made sure he understood my needs in order to find the right car fit for me. Even though, based on my initial request, we were looking at Altima's...I desperately wanted to look at the Nissan Cube. Aaron was so great and went and got the key and let me take it for a test drive! Turns out...that was the car I selected. Aaron worked with me on terms - again - making the process very friendly, enjoyable & fair. I was at the dealership for about two hours and you can see that all the sales consultants & business managers are dedicated and focused to bringing the right product to their customers at the right price. I love Nissan so it's always a pleasure to get a new car but I would return to Suntrup time & time again and would ask for Aaron each and every time! Wonderful atmosphere...amazing selection...friendly/no-pressure environment! Throughout the two week long process of getting a great new car, Jason was in constant contact with us, updating us continually so that we never felt like an afterthought. He worked within the parameters we gave regarding payment, overall cost and vehicle amenities. Although he did suggest upgrades or additional options, once we made it clear that we were not interested in those he did not annoy us by continuing to push something we had already considered and declined. The finance manager also worked to get us the interest rate, payment amount and overall cost of the vehicle to where we were thrilled to get the car and not dreading making the payment month after month. In the end, we ended up buying a much better car than we originally intended. Although the price was also higher, the additional value of the vehicle made it absolutely worth it, and we would not have been willing to do that had Jason not been so considerate. In the end, I think it was my belief in Jason's integrity more than anything else that had us purchase this vehicle from the Suntrup dealership rather than a competitor. More
I went in to buy a Nissan Versa yesterday and somehow ended up paying over sticker price. MSRP sticker price was $16,885.00. I got $1100 on my trade in and $500 on a rebate and I paid $17,245 after tha ended up paying over sticker price. MSRP sticker price was $16,885.00. I got $1100 on my trade in and $500 on a rebate and I paid $17,245 after that. It was a bad deal, and although it was my own fault, I feel like I was taken advantage of. Aaron Young was very nice, but I guess I just got really confused when we started talking numbers, financing, trade-in, and rebates. I feel like a total rube, I should have known what I was doing, and I learned a valuable and expensive lesson, which is to take it slow and easy and look out for yourself no matter how nice someone is. At least I think he should have a pretty good Christmas. More
Absolutely! In fact I already have to 3 people. While I had most of my experience with Jason, Paul pushed us together because of a scheduling conflict.
