When I first called up to Suntrup I spoke with Tom Genetti and he walked me through the whole process and was VERY kind and helpful. However, knowing what I was spending on my Pathfinder, at the time, in gas…well, it was obvious why buying a new-to-me car was a good decision. I wasn’t easy at times. I wanted what I knew wasn’t quite doable. Yet, you stuck with me, knowing what my end goal was from the dreaded car buying process. After nearly 2 hours with me Friday night, you got to see my lovely face for another 4 hours Saturday. This time though, I took a bit o' time to check out your inventory online and already had a car chosen before day 2. Once again, it wasn’t what I wanted to do…go from my SUV to a car (blah), and lose out on all my fancy schmancy features in the SUV, but I went back for more. Yep, that’s about right, that’s how I felt about it the whole time; having to be reminded why it was better to I do this now than to waste more $. Girl...it took some coaxing for me to realize all this was for the best! It wasn’t the car, it was the whole thing. Maybe I felt I didn’t deserve something better, something so “new”. Maybe I was scared to have a vehicle more expensive than I’d had in the past; especially with the economy and recent lay-offs. I know I did right for myself, even through my reluctance. You eased my mind about it all with your compassion and understanding of my situation. I believe you did everything in your power to make me happy with the car I chose. From the pictures you took before she was officially mine, to the laughs we had about falling down the hill just to get my plates transferred (Ha!), and beyond with making sure everything was “practically perfect” within the weeks after the sale. My favorite part of “make Jenn happy” has to be my belated birthday gift…Thank You! As of Saturday, September 7th, 2013, I have a new girl in my world…2012 Nissan Altima 2.5 S, Slate in color with Charcoal interior. So far, she’s given me 27mpg’s, even in 270’s rush hour traffic...YAY! She may not be all fancied up, but she’s purdy and she’s MINE and I look dayum good behind the wheel! I’m still looking for a name for her...I thought Slate, for her color. Any thoughts? Haha Thank you for taking over when you realized just how unhappy I was becoming with the salesman I was originally set up with. It made me feel as though someone was paying attention when you came over and offered your assistance. Like I said, I wasn’t easy, but I hope I never made you feel unappreciated with all you’ve done…that is the last thing you deserve! Kelly, I hope you still have that list of stuff I originally wanted in my new car, ‘cause when I’m ready to buy again…you need to lace up those heals and be ready! ;) Until then, keep doing what you’re doing…being the “bad*** chick” in the car sales world and keep L-I-V-I-N! I got the car I wanted, after they said they could add anything to the one they had on the lot that was "close". They gave me a more-than-fair deal on my car as a trade-in. Even my time spent with Frank the Finance guy was painless. I know this will be a long, happy relationship as I take my Juke to Suntrup Nissan for service over the years!! More

Later on we sat down with Chuck to discuss our extended warranty - he too was great to spend time with. Tom and I left feeling very satisfied with the service and with the purchase of our first Nissan. We will definitely be sending friends and family back to Nissan to deal with Janie. She's a gem!! It felt like we were dealing with a family friend rather than a car salesman. Dave showed us only the two cars we were there to see, and shot us straight with his recommendations. Dave also talked with the maintenance staff and had us in our car Saturday morning instead of Monday evening.
