I stopped in on a radio advertisement for a great deal. When I went in to take advantage of this deal they told me that I could not. I complained to the manager and was told by him that the deal was not av When I went in to take advantage of this deal they told me that I could not. I went to the MO AG and the dealership strait out lied to them about the advertising They printed out a different advertisement and sent it in). In the advertisement it clearly stated that you could get 3k off the sale price AND STILL GET 5k over Kelly blue book. I do have a tape of the advertisement and am thinking of dropping a lawsuit on them, just trying to figure out how many other people got scammed from the false advertisement to see about a class action suit. My wife scheduled her 20,000 mile service online, where she was given the option to receive a loaner car, which she selected. She provided all contact information including email and cell phone number. WHe she was given the option to receive a loaner car, which she selected. WHen she arrived at the dealership with our two year old, she was advised they no longer provide loaner cars or would they offer a shuttle service back to our home. They stated the service would take approximately 2.5 hours to complete. If you have children, you know waiting three hours in a service department waiting room with a two-year old is not a pleasant scenario. So, my wife was forced to take a taxi home. They were not helpful or apologetic for the inconvenience. Five hours later, after still not hearing anything, we called to check the status. After several attempts we were able to contact someone in the service department (other times phone just rang with no answer). We were told the car was "just finished" (what a coincidence it just happened to be right when we called!) So not only was my wife without transportation for the majority of the day, but was also forced to take a cab with a toddler. The customer service here is terrible, don't expect to be treated with any dignity after the sale. This will be our last purchase from any of the Suntrup franchises. More
