From start to finish I had an AMAZING experience, I have been in the Nissan family since 1999, my first Altima was thru Moore Nissan. My husband looked around and narrowed the search down to Acura, VW, Honda and Hyundai. Because of his very pleasant first experience with Beau, my husband suggested to try out Passat at Suntrup Volkswagen, first. After listening to our requirements Beau suggested a Passat and explained the various features of the car. I went for a test drive and liked the car very much. We then went to look the other 3 cars on our list and liked the CR-V Honda as well. The list has been narrowed down to 2 cars now. After sleeping on it overnight I made up my mind to go with Passat. The deterring factor in the decision making was Beau. Not that the Honda sales person was not good, but Beau is exceptional. He is confident of his merchandise and yet doesn’t come across as pushy. He is pleasant, helpful and very friendly young person. He is a born sales person, my suggestion to him will be to open up a sales persons’ training school after he decides to retire from being one himself. Just in case, you are wondering what happened to the Acura! Well I realized that I can buy a car with all the features of Acura and some more with lot less money. I couldn’t resist it, would you? I have got the car for about a month now and I am enjoying it very much, the efficiency, the comfort, and the gas mileage. It does 31 miles/gallon and I don’t need to put premium gas. I am taking the car for service in 3 months, Beau said that he will give his best there too and I believe him. Good luck to you Beau and Suntrup, I will recommend you to my friends and colleagues. I went to Suntrup Volkswagen to check out the new Beetles. I have always wanted a Beetle and the first person I met there was Beau. He was super, very open, honest and he did not pressure me to buy Beetles. I have always wanted a Beetle and the first person I met there was Beau. He was super, very open, honest and he did not pressure me to buy a car. I told him I was just looking at the time, I was pretty sure what I wanted and he really worked with me. I think we discussed the car I wanted for couple of weeks before I actually test drove a Beetle. Beau and the Beetle were awesome!! He even got punched by both me and my son when we passed a yellow Beetle while we were out on our test drive. Boy was he surprised. But we were all laughing. He was very helpful in helping get my dream car and can't say enough about how wonderful everybody has been when I had a question about my Beetle. I was a great experience and I would recommend Beau and the dealership to anyone. In fact, I have whenever anyone stops and asks me about my Beetle I tell them all about it and send them to go see Beau at Suntrup. P.S. What can I say about Jason... He found the absolute perfect minivan for our family. Never in a million years did I think we could find something as wonderful as this van for the amount of money we cou perfect minivan for our family. We couldn't spend much and wanted to know what minivan would be best within our price point. I had been searching craigslist for weeks leading up to my conversation with Jason.. I knew the minivans out there in our budget and I wasn't very excited to put everything we had towards purchasing one of them. I contacted Jason and the following day he was showing me a minivan.
