I also told him that I was specifically looking for a used Nissan Altima. I made arrangements to visit the dealership that day to take a look. In the meantime I was speaking with other dealerships and making appointments to car shop to explore my options. I was very disappointed when visiting the other dealerships. They were pushy, unreasonable, and were not tailoring to my specific needs. When I walked into Suntrup Nissan I was expecting the same thing, and I was browsing with the mind frame that I was just simply looking around for my best option. However, they were nothing like the other dealerships! Everything was great from the beginning. Matt showed me exactly what I had been looking for, unlike the other dealerships that were showing me vehicles totally out of my price range and even my taste. I took the vehicle for a test drive and really felt it was my perfect match. I pondered the purchase of the vehicle overnight and just knew that it was the right choice. 110% satisfaction. I had a 1991 Nissan Pathfinder with over 200,000 miles on it and was well overdue for a new vehicle. Within the past three years I have gone from losing a job, going without a job, fil over 200,000 miles on it and was well overdue for a new vehicle. Mr. Young was dead set on getting me a new vehicle with a monthly payment that I could afford and would accept. As soon as I arrived, instead of harassing me and showing me vehicles I couldn't afford he got on the ball working with financing and getting me a vehicle that would meet my needs. I was able to drive away in a brand new 2011 Nissan Versa with no money down and a low payment in three hours after arriving. The dealership was booming with business but the employees were on the ball and I didn't see one customer waiting for help or looking upset about anything. The 30 minute drive was very well worth it and doing some research online really paid off because I knew going to Suntrup Nissan would be the best place to go. I have had the car for three days now and I just love it. When my girlfriend is ready for her next vehicle, there is no doubt Suntrup Nissan is where we will be headed. More
