I have to update my review. Claire communicated with us and was able to refund the administrative cost making the price more in line with what it should be. She also made sure we received the Marone label that we had previously been refused. Our opinion of the rest of Aaron and the sales manager is still the same poor opinion, but we feel better about the purchase now. Thank you Claire. Now for some updated detail: Watch out on the extended warranties! We thought it was a Nissan warranty and when we got the papers it was a third party warranty. We cancelled it but since it was wrapped up in the loan we were unable to get the Nissan extended warranty without it coming out of our pocket (which we are unable to do now). The cost of the third party warranty is close to the real warranty but the service is not and it has deductibles that the Security+ Gold Preferred does not.
