I had a great experience at Suntrup NIssan in South County from the very first time I called them. I was looking for a car for my boyfriend and Seff was there helping me with everything. Together, Seff anf I did all the leg work for my boyfriend and by the time he got out of work he was ready to be put into his new Altima. All he had to do was come down and sign the papers. Seff was an amazing salesman, letting me know all of the perks of getting an Altima vs. a Chevy Sonic. It was very easy to see the difference and that Suntrup had a lot more bang for its buck than our chevy dealer did. I was in to purchase new wiper blades for my 2008 Passat and had an interest in seeing the new CC. I decided to talk to Russ Little and he explained to me about my trade and how I possibly could have lower and had an interest in seeing the new CC. I was extremely impressed with Russ's knowledge of the vehicle an of Volkswagen's over all. When we returned I said lets just try it out and see what we come up with, what would it hurt...right? So he ran the numbers, for the car and my trade and to my surprise it was as he stated; lower payments and I would be able to drive away in a 2013 Volkswagen CC Lux! From the beginning Russ made me very comfortable with my purchase and he made me feel like I was getting a great deal. As you can guess from the email, I purchased the vehicle with no worries! Thanks Russ On top of this, when I changed my insurance to insure the CC from the Passat, my insurance payments even lowered! Who would have thought right! Over the years my family and I have bought 6 Volkswagen from Suntrup. The second was a 2009 Jetta, which I was driving home from school one day when a car pulled out in front of me and I collided with the from Suntrup. The front of the Jetta crumpled as it was supposed to and I felt almost nothing. My father and I returned to Suntrup to purchase another VW because of the safety which it had provided me. Because of this incident and how nice our salesman, Russ Little, was we went on to have my dad purchase his new Passat from Suntrup and two of older brothers both to return to purchase Jettas for their first cars out of college. He also provided very good advice and we feel that we made a good decision. Both Travis and Chuck did not appear like "typical car salesman," and by that I mean they did not come accross like they were trying to screw us out of a deal and make us spend more than we were willing.
