I have purchased four vehicles at Suntrup Nissan. A lot of people are skeptical about car salesmen and dealerships and honestly, I have been "screwed" in the past at other dealerships. But, since coming to Suntrup I have had an amazingly positive experience. What they say they do on commercials is true!! I have had amazing trade-ins and great deals here. The customer service is the best. Travis Gude took great care of me yesterday when I picked out my "dream" Rogue. Frank in finance was also amazing and the general manager personally came out and shook my hand. I have sent friends here in the past and they too have had a wonderful experience!! THANKS TRAVIS AND SUNTRUP NISSAN FOR MY HAPPY NEW PURCHASE!! I am a devoted Suntrup client!!! They treat me like family!! More
We bought a brand new Maxima last year. I love the car. Getting service at Suntrup is a whole different animal. Their wait for service is extremely long and not convenient. I am not sure what the express oil change is supposed to mean but I don't have 2 hours of my day to sit and wait for a car. I have discussed with Mason and Elliot this issue and it has yet to be resolved. More

My wife and I went to Suntrup Nissan to look at a new or used vehicle, the sales staff, finance staff were nice up to the point were my wife and I decided not to purchased the Armada we were looking at. We used vehicle, the sales staff, finance staff were nice up to the point were my wife and I decided not to purchased the Armada we were looking at. We were very close to actually signing the paperwork and we even put down a $5000 down payment but my wife did not feel comfortable with the purchase so we decided to stop the sale and go over our finances to see if we can actually afford the Armada. At that point everyone involved stopped being nice or corgail. When we left Suntrup we forgot the deposit and my wife's insurance card at which point we contacted Blaine and Kumar who both told us that the check would be in a safe and would not be cashied, Blaine explained, "that if that happened that would be bad business and ruin Suntrup's reputation". On the following Monday my wife recieved a call regarding the Armada, which we told Sef that we could not afford that vehicle at that price, we also explained that we wanted the deposit check mailed to us along with the insurance card, we were told that they dont mail checks we would have to come and get it when we were in the area, we were also told that we could contact our insurance compnay to get a new insurance card mailed to us. He then afford a deal for a 2013 pathfinder that we were looking at and over the next two days he and my wife were negotiating over the price with both sides coming to no agreement. With each subsequent call Sef's demeanor got worse and worse. No longer the up beat, polite salesman we first talked to when we arrived at Suntrup. On Wednesday my wife deposited my check and was looking over our accounts and she noticed that Suntrup cashed the $5000 check, which we told them not to do and that they assured us would NEVER happen. I immediately called Kumar but he did not answer, I eventually talked with a Claire who reticified the situation and had a check waiting for me when I arrived on my lunch Wednesday afternoon. I have given them a poor rating because they didn't keep to their word regarding the check saying one thing and doing another, they cashed that check on Monday knowing full well we were still negotiating for a different vehicle. Another reason for the poor rating is the fact that once they knew a sale was not imminent, pleasantries went out the door. More
