Service, buying, questions - all above expectations When I bought my car there was a slight discrepancy in what I bought and an option I really needed to have. One of the options was to put and after market item in my car. I wasn't really happen with that because of after market mounting options. Nate Schwarzen and Matt Cochran got together and when beyond expectations by offering to me the next model up at no extra charge. That option included an upgraded stereo system and backup camera. Shortly after buying my Altima my wife and I travelled to the East (Battlefields, Presidential Homes, DC) before hitting the mountains I was averaging 44 MPG. More than my expectations. It is a great ride! I had a problem with the door in which they though I hit something making the door out of kilter. After determining the problem was manufacturing my car was fixed perfectly and supplied with a courtesy car. The car always comes back washed, vacuumed, and looking showroom clean, I can not say enough about the entire dealership - sales - service - warranty - just GREAT!. Matt Cochran and Nate Schwarzen were just absolutely great and Suntrup should be very proud to have them up front, and the service department (worked with Dave Workman) has been an exceptional experience. Wish I was younger so that I could buy more cars from them! More

Great First-Time Car Buyer Experience Before visiting Suntrup Nissan, I had visited several major dealerships in the St. Louis area. As a first-time car buyer, I had done my homework, but wasn't 100% sure of what to expect. I purchased my Rogue Select on the last day of the month and Nate was there helping me from the time I walked through the door, until I left sometime after 11PM. Nate was very personable and I felt comfortable working with him throughout the process. Overall, this was a great experience and I would recommend seeing Nate if you are considering a new vehicle.
