Beyond Impressed! My old car was totalled in an accident and we were in a pinch to find a new one quickly before my husband left for out of town. My brother referred me to Suntrup due to the positive experience he has had purchasing with them. I went in to test drive a few cars I had seen online. Before even entering the building, I was immediately greeted by their wonderful staff. Nathan took me out to test drive the cars I was interested in. He was very attentive and through. In each of the vehicles, he pointed out every option that car had to offer. We even had a blast cracking jokes with each other! Nathan was very honest and genuinely concerned with helping me to find the best vehicle for our family. I wasn't entirely sold on any of the vehicles we had already looked at. After discussing a bit more in depth my desired options and price range, Nathan and Kyle suggested I check out a 2015 Nissan Altima. I test drove it and fell in love! I was worried about us being able to afford a brand new car, but in the end it all worked out perfectly. Our family ended up with a brand new vehicle, with a better warranty and the same car payment we were planning for already! Plus, I wound up being able to check an item off of my "bucket list"...I now own my very first BRAND NEW CAR! When my husband and I returned the next day to fill out the paperwork, Nathan had crayons and paper ready to keep our kids entertained while we waited! I am loving my 2015 Altima SV and plan to return to Suntrup for window tinting! Nathan Schwarzen and Kyle Ketcherside (finance)...you two are amazing and my husband and I will be more than happy to work with you both when it comes time for our next vehicle! Woot have a functional car! I was greeted right away and brought a car that I was looking into. I was able to test drive two cars of the same model and was given a deal within my price range and they gave me a great deal with no money down and a barely functional car (I couldn't even open my driver's side down from the outside). I'm very happy with my Versa Note and hope to get many years and great gas mileage from it! More
