I had visited several used dealerships with no success. I stopped at Suntrup as my last stop for the day. Besides test driving the Ion, Steve provided me with the inspections on the car, the warranty and a stopped at Suntrup as my last stop for the day. I definitely would recommend Steve as someone to work with you when shopping for a vehicle. He bent over backwards with financing to get me into the type of vehicle I had outlined, so I ended up with w with you when shopping for a vehicle. I did end up spending more than I had originally budgeted and would have liked a little more time to decide if the vehicle was right for me. I rated quality of work slightly lower only because the regular finance manager was out, so the process took a little longer than usual. Elvir is an enthusiastic, eager, salesperson. He probably does what the company encourages of not answering questions directly i.e. "What is the average life expectancy of this car?" This is a European car. They live forever." He was helpful to a point but when I asked about hidden expenses he forgot to mention that the car could only use premium gas, that the tires were much more expensive than for most cars, etc. After our mechanic looked at the car and saw things that needed correcting, Elvir was hard to reach, said he would cover things but I don't think he had the authority to say that and they didn't cover many of the things our mechanic thought should be covered. On the other hand, the tire tread was not illegally worn, etc. We generally buy cars at Enterprise since you know what you're getting and they are straight forward. That is where I would go in the future but I thought for what the business encourages, he is as good a guy as you're going to get. More
