First off I would like to say that this was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had and I'm no stranger to car buying,this is my 4th car in 6 years but my reason for saying that is my sales pe best car buying experience I've ever had and I'm no stranger to car buying,this is my 4th car in 6 years but my reason for saying that is my sales person Kelly was incredible. She made this experience non stressful and in record time, I was in and put new car in hand in less than 2 hours which has in the past been an all day adventure! She was attentive to my needs making sure that I was getting the car I wanted and that would best fit me and that she did. I generally don't enjoy going to get a new car but I can honestly say Kelly and Suntrup Nissan have changed that, I would highly recommend anyone to them. This was my 2nd Suntrup (Nissan) purchase. As always, EVERYONE at Suntrup was very friendly and courteous. Dan and Elvir were very helpful, as was Steve. The end result was satisfying thanks to Steve Ryman and Mason in service. The car had issues in the beginning, (knocking sounds and wheel bearing issues) the 1st trip in was not successful but thanks to Mason in service. I was checking to see if trading in my car was a possibility and didnt think it was but Mike hepled me get more for my trade in so that way I could get a different car that I really wanted. He was very friendly and didnt make me feel like he was pushing me into anything like salespeople can do sometimes. He has that good balance of not being pushy but also being very helpful.
