Although it was not my first choice in color it was too good of a deal to not take advantage of. My uncle worked for Fird for 40 years and this was the first vehicle I ever purchased that was not a Ford. They helped me get insurance in place and allowed me to add leather interior, heated seats and running boards to assist me in getting in and out as I have a bad back. The experience was quite pleasant from start to finish and I would highly recommend Kelly and Kumar for anyone in the market for a vehicle. They were honest, patient and kind. My son will be getting a car in the near future and Kelly will be earning our business then as well. More

Best Experience I've Had I recently began a search for a truck and looked into dealing with Suntrup. Although I had never dealt directly with Suntrup before I had heard great I recently began a search for a truck and looked into dealing with Suntrup. Although I had never dealt directly with Suntrup before I had heard great things from my peers that had. After dabbling online I was contacted and had an appointment set up with Kelly. The truck I was interested in was actually at another location and I wanted to see the truck before making any decisions. Kelly was kind enough to go out of her way to retrieve the truck and bring it directly to me. At no point did I feel that I was being pressured in any way even though Kelly had done so much above and beyond what she was required to do to help me in making my decision. During the wait for the trucks arrival I was provided with coffee and other items to make the wait much more enjoyable. Most of all the level of communication and honesty was incredible. Purchasing a vehicle can be a very tedious and difficult process. It is a process that many dread. My experience from application to approval and driving my new truck off the lot was as smooth, simple and enjoyable as one could imagine. At the heart of this experience was Kelly. I never imagined this experience and process could be so simple and enjoyable. Kelly really opened my eyes. I walked in and Nathan asked what he could do for me, then immediately went to work to make it happen. He used every option he had available to get the payments work for me (even going to another lot to get the right vehicle and I appreciated the extra effort.
