I was leary at first because my credit isnt great and I did not want to have to sit around forever just to be told "Sorry, we cant help you". Instead, I was pre-approved within an hour! I wanted to wait for my tax return so I could have a good down payment and could have lower monthly payments. Kelly made me feel very welcomed, answered all my questions and patiently waited for me to return. When I returned she already had the perfect car waiting for me! It was exactly what I wanted and needed. All other staff were also very pleasant and helpful! Thanks Kelly! More

Her honesty and genuine caring made the entire process fun and relaxing for me. I really felt that Kelly was working for me and not the dealership.
