When I first met Dan at the dealership while car shopping, j just knew we had a good one. He was beyond helpful with anything we wanted to know or needed, and made us feel welcome. After car shopping for 6 months, and who knows how many salesman later, we finally felt a sense of relief. He took great care of us, and stuck it out with us for many hours. Dan had done what we thought was impossible and made it even better! He got us into the car of my dreams and I can never thank him enough! My second new Rogue for 2016 I bought my first 2016 Rogue in February. I had a very positive experience at Suntrup Nissan with my salesman, Joe Dawidouski. When my car was totaled in an accident 4 months later, I returned to Suntrup and Joe for a re-do. Joe took care of everything as I was still a bit shaken by the accident. I was in another new cars within a few days. I highly recommend Joe and Suntrup! More

After the ball was dropped, Kelly Roussin fixed it all:) My name is Cynthia Bourgeois. I bought the car ( Nissan Sentra ) I have always wanted at SUNTRUP at 6014 So. Lindberg . After I was sold the car, I ha My name is Cynthia Bourgeois. I bought the car ( Nissan Sentra ) I have always wanted at SUNTRUP at 6014 So. Lindberg . After I was sold the car, I had zero follow up and even though I loved my car I had no clue how to work the GPS, how to hook up my phone or even how it worked, how the key worked and how to work all the neat features! Now, you must know I am coming from driving a 2005 Soccer Mom Van so, I was pretty excited to get a car that was just for ME. I met Kelly when I took my car to get an oil change. She overheard my husband and I talking about how we did not know how to work this and that on the car. She walked over, took me outside in 100 degree weather, hooked up my phone, told me about the satellite radio I did not even know I had, showed me how to work all the features and completely taught me how to work the GPS and Phone system in the car. She patiently explained how everything worked to make sure I understood since this was all new to me. By the time I met Kelly I had no clue how REALLY COOL my new car was. After meeting Kelly Roussin I love my car even more and I understand how to work all the cool features. The original salesman failed to mention how the service and warranty worked. Kelly took the time later that week to explain that to me too! By this time, I had not received my paperwork to get my tags. I called Kelly and she had the office mail out the paperwork. I did not receive this. I called Kelly again and she was very upset that I had not received my paperwork. My mailman often puts the mail in the wrong mail box:( Anyway, within one day, she had the paperwork for me to take to Dept. of Motor Vehicles. She overnighted it to me since she knows my time is precious and used Fed Ex , not U.S.P. S to make sure I would receive this.. She even texted me the tracking number so I can track it if needed. I have called her about questions and she patiently and pleasantly answered my questions . I wish she could get the commission. She said she is not concerned about this. Kelly told me outright that she wants me to LOVE my car and understand how it works and be very excited about my new car. That I am , Thanks to Kelly Roussin. I would recommend Kelly to my family. I would even recommend Kelly to my children Kelly did not get any money for this. She got as she said " Joy that I was able to understand and Love my Car. " I believe she is an angel. I must admit, when I had my car before Kelly stepped in and took over, I felt like the car was not " Mine." I do today. She is a saleswomen that CARES about her customers. Remember, she did not make one dime helping me. She is my adopted new sales person. When my husband is going to buy his next car, She is the one we work with . When I buy my daughter her first car in 1 1/2 years, she is our saleswomen. Simply put, Kelly Roussin ROCKS! Thank you Kelly for all you did for me. I cannot Thank you enough for stepping up and giving me the best experience ever! I could see how excited you were for me when I started to love my car. Now that is excellent customer service and shows that you care about your customers. In this case, you did not make the sale which further proves how committed you are to giving your customers the best experience in shopping for a vehicle.
