Car not detailed since February. Dog hair everywhere. Finance guy said he would call to have it done last week. No call. Also was missing passenger floor mat. I wish I would have known. I was interested in the 2020 Altima Sunset and had a trade-in. I knew my trade was worth the new car value but was elated when I was offered title for title at $0 balance!
