This is response to your request for more info on my star response. I have not had an oil change in my Altima for several months because I never reach the mileage for the next change and I forgot about it response. I have not had an oil change in my Altima for several months because I never reach the mileage for the next change and I forgot about it. Anyway, please tell your “advisors” to tell the customers that the “advisor” will text them when their car is ready. Bob Perry, my advisor, texted me and emailed me. I saw one message but did nothing because it was so vaguely worded. I was seated right inside the VW waiting area in a chair I pulled over near the soda machine (not at that “desk” as I didn’t want to be boxed in). Bob did come in, looked around, went through the dealer area, came back out and saw me on his way out. He had paperwork in his hand and I thought he was looking for someone else. He came back in a few minutes later and called out my name and that’s when I responded. Yes, my car was ready and all was fine. Now, if I had been told to watch for a text message from him, and if the message had been more direct, such as your vehicle is ready or please come to the service area so we can discuss your vehicle, I would have promptly responded. Unfortunately, I deleted both of his messages yesterday or I could quote it. So, thinking it over, I might give a 3-star rating instead of the 5-star I gave you. Also, it was nice enough to sit outside yesterday and I was told you had 4 outside benches but I only found one and a man with crutches was sitting on that, so I wound up sitting inside. I’m not blaming Bob, but communication between the waiting customer and the service department could have been better. I’ll be more aware next time. More
