Sales person was nice and knowledgeable but we were not happy with getting rushed through finance and very unhappy with the rate which was not discussed. Slow process, even though we set up everything we could in advance. The car broke down after only 3 days but our warranty wasn’t activated. It was an absolute pleasure working with Kai, he fought for me to get and keep the car even when things outside of my control were holding me back because i lived out of state.
