My recent service experience was in a single word, AWFUL! I made an appointment for 4 service items, they only did 1. It took them 2 hours for an "Express" oil change which begs the question, how long for I made an appointment for 4 service items, they only did 1. It took them 2 hours for an "Express" oil change which begs the question, how long for a regular oil change? They sent me 3 service reminders that listed my work order for oil change, state emission, tire rotation and battery test. The service department only did the oil change. Not professional or acceptable! More

I was very pleased with my recent service visit. I had a problem that was immediately addressed.
