Short staffed and work not done completely It's is near impossible to reach anyone in the service department by phone. Spent 25 minutes on the phone, ended up in voicemail for the service mana It's is near impossible to reach anyone in the service department by phone. Spent 25 minutes on the phone, ended up in voicemail for the service manager several times. I didn't leave a message because I was frustrated and it would have been harsh. Called through the main number asking to page someone from the service department and this ended being placed on hold long that I know their phone commercials word for word. Every time I have my oil changed there is always a puddle of oil the next day on my garage floor from the oil drained but not wiped up from the underside. Also, the oil service interval is never is reset I have to ask each time to have this done which should be a standard to do. The other item no longer available is the oil change discount cards so know I pay more and get less and less in service. I don't see this as the same place 3 years after my car purchase who values their customers. How they have earned 4.6 stars is beyond me. I don't want someone to strive to correct an issue they should strive to "not" have any oversight this is what I call "great" customer service, quality and workmanship. More

I came in for my first oil change after purchasing my 2012 Honda Accord in February. I was greeted with courtesy and enthusiasm by the beautiful Cindy. She demonstrated customer service skills that have been all but lost at most businesses. She was incredibly polite, genuine, and made me aware of the 3 year/36,000 mile oil change/tire rotation plan that I was not even aware of. I was very surprised, relieved, and excited to have such an excellent deal! To have it brought to my attention by such a fantastic person was the icing on the cake! I am very happy that I bought my car from your dealership and will be telling my friends about my experience. Thank you, Cindy! More

Winshield driver side wiper was not working! Stopped at the dealer with no appt and went to service desk and asked if they could work me in. Service Department sucks I would not recommend the service department to a dead fly. The think women are dumb and talk down to you. I took my car in today with a appointment to have them look at a noise coming from my rear end. I explained in detail what and how it was doing it. Brain comes back to me after about 45 min and says they can not find a thing wrong with my car after they drove it. He also told me he was so short stuff that he could not send someone on a test time with me to let them hear the noise. I told him I was not stupid and left. I drove my car down the street not even a mile and I will be xxxx it did it again. I drove back to the dealer and asked for a manger, spoke with Dave to witch he talked down to me also. He said there was a rubber flap on the back of my car the was making the noise and they could be WD-40 on it to make it stop the noise, I left. I called their number and asked to speak to the top person, was told that was Elliot. Well I am still waiting for that call. This is not the first time Brain has talked down to me about my car, but it will be the last time. I was even told at 10,000 mile by Brain that my air filter needed changed, when I took it from him and held it up to the light you could still see light through the filter. This service department is SUCK!!! More
Crooks Took vehicle in for oil change. Was told about this new machine that can check your vehicle's alignment by just driving through it. Just had tires a Took vehicle in for oil change. Was told about this new machine that can check your vehicle's alignment by just driving through it. Just had tires and alignment done somewhere else in November, so there shouldn't be a problem. They call me and tell me that the front is aligned perfectly but the back is out. They want $99 for an alignment. I asked them to double check. They call back and tell me that there is no way any one could have aligned the front tires because the front ball joints, on a scale of 1-10 are a 10. They won't even pass inspection, but the magical alignment machine said they were perfectly aligned. They quoted me 3 prices, $682-$945 for front ball joints. I told them not to do it. I took the vehicle to my mechanic and watched him check the ball joints. No movement in them at all! Nothing wrong! Guess that's what happens when you go at the end of the month. Sales must have been down and they thought they could get me. Probably would have told me that my floor mats were out of alignment too. Last year they dropped something on the bumper of my vehicle and then denied it and would not repair it. More

Took the car apart and said it was a wiring issue pick up my car and no lights on. Around nov I would get abs light pop but it would go off. Come December all 5 lights are back on. I once again make a service appointment with suntrip Kia with Brian again to see what the issue again. My appt was Friday morning 8:45am. I dropped my car off the night before because that was the only time I could get a ride because they wanted me to drop the car off. Get a call from brain at 8:40 Friday morning saying he has checked my car in and will work on the issue. I remind brain this is the exact same reason I had the car up there the first time in April. He said he will give call if he goes over a hour timeframe. No call from brain all day. I call the service dept at 5pm and left message for Brian to see what was goin on. No call back from Brain. I called the Kia Saturday morning the sales dept said service was closed until Wednesday bc of the holiday and I would be without my car until Wednesday Dec 26,2018 and that was just unacceptably I’m a single mom in school and I have work. I go up to the dealership the sales manger tried assisting me but had to eventually call Dave the service manger. One of the guys informed me that Dave would be up in hour. I go back home and call back after an hour the woman that answer was no help again and claim that the sales manger was busy so once again I have to pay gas money to get a ride back up there to be told by a women that just handed me my keys and said the car hadn’t been looked at and my car was sitting on the back. No one showed me where the back was. Dave the manger never came and spoke with me and I walked around the lot until I found my car 3 days before Christmas. I was late for work and all the lights were still on in car. I called Kia corporate and left a complaint the woman was suppose to call me back about getting retail no one called me back and of course today is Saturday and the weekend before a holiday so I’m sick with a messed up car over the holiday More
