Dalton, We are sorry that you feel the need to write a negative review about Kia, however, there seems to be a lot of confusion. 1. Your vehicle is still covered under the Suntrup Lifetime Power Train Program 2. The Kia Warranty that comes with your vehicle is not nor ever will be compromised by any additional coverage on your vehicle such as the Lifetime Power Train Program. 3. The additional $5.00 charge was for an upgrade on your conventional oil to a synthetic oil. We suggest that for better engine protection and if for any reason a customer drives an extended amount of miles over the due date, it is better protection for the engine. 4. All information including a video is emailed to you after the purchase, however, I will be more than happy to personally sit down with you and review all coverages.
