Horrible service from this location the oast few times we have had to take our cars there. Always trying to upsell other services!! This time the tech told my husband that he needed the 90k service, my hus have had to take our cars there. Always trying to upsell other services!! This time the tech told my husband that he needed the 90k service, my husband said he couldn't do it TODAY. The tech then told my husband that the warranty is now voided.What?? My husband did not say no, just not today. He works over 14 hours a day, he was not expecting to spend the day at Kia. The tech put on our statement that service was declined. Instead of voiding our warranty right then, shouldn't he have offered to schedule the service for another day??? This location did not use to be this way. If they are going to void the warranty and not offer another time to get this done, then this is a place that we will not be doing business with again. I will gladly get rid of that car and spend my money at another dealer that appreciates its customers. We have bought 3 cars there, before they started this pushy sales tactics bs. Did I mention that this is car that its engine blew up on the highway after they had just inspected it for the recall that causes that issue? What an incompetent team they have! Poor customer service!!! Without customers you wouldn't have a job!!! More

I’m am leaving a review for the service department. I have had the worst experience this past year with them. The service advisors are always helpful, it seems like the mechanics have no clue what they a have had the worst experience this past year with them. The service advisors are always helpful, it seems like the mechanics have no clue what they are doing. Every time I’m there for maintenance something else goes wrong. I went for an oil change and alignment and my battery died because they left my hazards on too long. Last time I was there was to fix my sensor in my keyless entry and now my window has a hard time rolling up. The time before that I heard a noise underneath the car and they told me multiple times they had no clue was it was. They sent me to the back of the shop so I could look at the underneath of the car myself and of course I found the problem right away and even the service manager was completely shocked none of his guys could figure it out. I highly recommend if you buy a car from here that you take it else where for Maintenance, don’t even bother getting the warranty through them because I promise you it doesn’t cover anything. Hands down the worst service I have every experienced. It’s pretty bad when they know me by name because every time I’m in there, they mess up my car and have to fix it. More
