Brian was our service tech and he took care of us wonderfully as usual...but he also had such a great repoire with our 22 yr old special needs son. Any trip with an autistic individual is unpredictable, but Brian and the team dealt with our Son's "unexpected and off the cuff" comments with ease and humor....making me feel at ease and totally appreciated! Thanks Bryan :)...Sorry I cant remember the manager's name...Thank you for your help also....getting the bill corrected was super important to people like us on a budget. More

I've always had outstanding service and support from Suntrup Kia South County. Brian wax my service advisor and he texted me and called me with the status of my vehicle. We have purchased three cars as a family from this dealership and due to the service department here I will never purchase another. The are always trying to upswell expense un-needed services and mis dealership and due to the service department here I will never purchase another. The are always trying to upswell expense un-needed services and misinform their customers about what is needed to keep your warranty. Clay is beyond rude and possibly the worst I’ve dealt with. Brian has always been fantastic. However today Cindy informed us that our service plan ran out at 36,000 miles and when I asked why I have received free oil changes since then she immediately directed me to finance. She said you guys seem alright but I don’t like you that much to pay for your oil change. If this is the best customer service you have to offer that is pathetic! More
