I took my car in to drop off the day before a very early scheduled appointment for a recall notice and an oil change. I mentioned that my daughter's work schedule had changed for the next day. So, I wasn't sure when I would be back to pick it up. 3 hours later, I got a phone call that they had already done my vehicle, and I could come pick up the same day I dropped it off. I am always impressed with Brian, my service manager. He knows my car, a Kia Optima, better than I do. When service is scheduled, he clearly informs me of what work will be performed, gets it going right aw knows my car, a Kia Optima, better than I do. Clay upsold a 45K service to include an alignment, however, he misplaced the alignment paperwork, not including it with my final paperwork. Even though the alignment check showed I did not need an ali however, he misplaced the alignment paperwork, not including it with my final paperwork. Even though the alignment check showed I did not need an alignment, Clay assured me one was done (as the package promised). Without paperwork, I wasn't convinced. I received a call from the Service Manager who assured me it was completed, but because there is no hard drive on the machine, he too could not provide evidence it was done. This service department usually does a good job. Not this time. I will return, but I will be checking all paperwork before leaving the service window. If possible, I will request Brian Richter. More
