I have had one issue after another with the car I purchased from Suntrup First I drove 4 hours to pick up the Kia Soul! after he gave me a quote. After I got there it was 1500 more. He claimed he purchased from Suntrup First I drove 4 hours to pick up the Kia Soul! after he gave me a quote. After I got there it was 1500 more. He claimed he researched the sales tax for TN and it was 700 more. I submitted a credit application prior to coming and he claimed I qualified for KIA discount. This wasn't the case even thought I put down $9000 in cash and had a trade in. I found a new customer check list in my glove box with feature of my car. Supposedly it was to be gone over by the sales rep. None of this was ever done. I never received the Cargo Cover and after waiting for several weeks, I finally received a CARGO NET. Plus never received the touch up paint kit that I was promised at purchased. I am ready to file a BBB complaint and call KIA to let this know about this drama. This is the worst customer service experience I have ever received. More
I have dealt with quite a few car dealerships and this is only the second one that has been able to give me the please of saying i had a great experience. From the moment i called and was assisted by Jon Chu only the second one that has been able to give me the please of saying i had a great experience. From the moment i called and was assisted by Jon Chung i knew i had called the right place. He was very helpful and did everything he could over the phone, which is just awesome because no one wants to drive around to car dealers all day long esp if the end result is a no. He was also fast and wasted no time. (and i was told i wasnt the only customer he was assisting at the time) he told me about a car that would work for me and asked me to come in to look at it and test drive. Once there, Jon explained everything he could in detail and left no questions unanswered. He also brought in another guy (dont remember the name) to explain things further.Also while Jon was with someone else he had Tony Haman take me around the lot to see if there were any other cars i was interested in that would work with my budget. (weird that tony knew what i would like and wouldnt like without me saying anything haha) He was very friendly and let me drive the vehicle anywhere i needed to consult with anyone then advised me to wait until after traffic to come back so as to not harm myself or the vehicle! Most dealers have said "you can drive around the block and come back". Well I left with a Kia Sportage and i love it. Not a car i ever imagined getting but with the way i was treated at Suntrup I didnt want to go anywhere else and whattaya know i love the car and it fits my budget! I will recommend Suntrup Kia to anyone i know looking for a vehicle! More
Scott and Tony are just really great to work with. Went in to help my son and daughter in law buy a used Sorento. I had been working with Scott and Tony for months trying to find exactly the right car with in to help my son and daughter in law buy a used Sorento. I had been working with Scott and Tony for months trying to find exactly the right car with the exact options. Told them what we were looking for and we let them do the rest. It took a while to find it but a 2012 finally came in on a trade. They will not call you and try to sell you something you do not want. My son and I knew the price range of what he could spend and after a little back and forth they met our expectations. Didn't take long to get the deal done as Tony is very direct with you which I appreciate - we both had our points to be made and we both listened to each other respectfully. My wife and I bought a new 2009 Optima and had the same pleasant experience with this team of gentlemen. More

My experience purchasing my 2013 KIA Sorento could not have been any better, the salesman (Tony Haman) & manager were very knowledgeable and helpful, they even helped me set up my phone. I've purchased many cars previously and usually the day you drive the car off the lot is the time you most enjoy your new car, that's not the case this time, I actually like my vehicle more & more as I get to know it and drive it. Thank you for making this a great experience, I wasn't looking forward to dealing with salesmen and dealerships, however this really was different. More
