MY SON JUST BOUGHT A CAR FROM THEM 2 WEEKS AGO I WENT BACK WITH MY HUSBAND AND WE BOUGHT 1 NOW MY DAUGHTER IS GONA GO OUT AND BUY 1 FROM THEM. ALL I CAN SAY IS IF THERES A WAY TO GET A CAR THEY WILL FIND BACK WITH MY HUSBAND AND WE BOUGHT 1 NOW MY DAUGHTER IS GONA GO OUT AND BUY 1 FROM THEM. THEY ALSO DID NOT WORK VERY HARD TO FIND A WAY TO GET ME THE MAXIMUM REBATES SUNTRUP KIA SURE DID AND THERES NOT 1 THING BAD I CAN SAY ABOUT ANY OF THEM.AND ALSO WHO COULD PASS UP THE 10YEAR 100,000 MILE WARRANTY YOU WOULD'T HAVE GOTEN THAT ON A NEW FORD OR CHEVY THATS FOR SURE. Then when we picked the car we wanted he took us inside and worked with us on a price. When most other dealers we went to would not work. He worked very well with my parents when the came to look at the vehicle. Also he was very patient with all the question and comments we had about the vehicle. I had first considered purchasing a Kia Soul from Auffenberg since this is where I purchased my last vehicle. I emailed them and told them what my trade in was, and what I could afford. They were rude and pushy from the beginning and repeatedly emailed me for several days after I explained I was not interested, as they kept trying to sell me a vehicle out of my price range. I decided to look online for places around me which also sold the Kia Soul, and I came across the Suntrup website. I sent an email, and Don immediately replied. He was aware of what I could afford and did not push me out of my price range. I went to talk to him that same night and left with a Kia Soul. The sale went very smoothly and everything was explained to me in detail. The best part about the sale was that I received a call later that week stating that they had found me a better rate, which was a very unexpected surprise. I was happy with my experience and won't hesitate to purchase my next car there. More

My husband and I visited another Kia dealer to check out the Kia Soul. We were very firm on our budget and did not want to budge with it much. Once we realized that this dealer only wanted to sell us an u the Kia Soul. We were very firm on our budget and did not want to budge with it much. Once we realized that this dealer only wanted to sell us an upgraded version that we didn't want we decided to walk away and do our research online for our car. We found three different ones at three different dealers. I knew as soon as Don answered my email that I wanted to do the business with him. He by far made my Suntrup experience the best one that I have had with a car dealer. I would sugest to everyone that you go to Suntrup. My family and I were heading down to the dealership and my daughter started not feeling well. Since we live about 45 minutes away I let Don know that we needed to make it fast so that we could get her back home. By the time we arrived the Kia was up front ready for us. I signed my part of the paperwork inside and then Don brought my husbands part out to him to sign since he was sitting out in the car with our kids. He had us in and out within an hour. I haven't ever been in and out that fast! Thank you so much Don for all that you did for us to get our Kia! You are the best and we will be back!! More
