Happily surprised. Went in to test drive a Kia and expected to not do any negotiating. Had a previous less than optimal experience car shopping experience in 2010 at this dealer and figured it would b expected to not do any negotiating. We went by to look at new Kia Sorento's. We found one we liked and test drove it. We had started out with Tony who was very nice, but got passed off to Kenny. We had told him we did not want to use the Kia liked and test drove it. We had started out with Tony who was very nice, but got passed off to Kenny. We had told him we did not want to use the Kia financing but he wouldn't stop pushing it. He talked more about the financing than the car. We finally got a price but wanted to look at a couple different cars to make sure of what we wanted. We looked at another Sorento at another dealership with more options. They offered us a little better price but we didn't like the colors. We called Kenny to see if he would match the offer, after 15 minutes on the phone he said he would. We told him we would take it and would drive over to buy the car. We walked in happy that we were getting our car and were ready to write a check. When we arrived Kenny was rude and said we had to do the Kia financing, when we reminded him we didn't want to use their financing and that we were not required to do that for the deal at the other location he said the deal was off. He never tried to save the deal, he never tried to make any other offer or anything. Worst car buying or attempted car buying experience of my life. We e-mailed Suntrup about what happened and we've not heard anything from them. More
I have never been treated with such respect and received the best customer service I have ever experienced at Suntrup KIA. Nick is a GREAT GUY and salesman. Everyone else we came in contact with at KIA, from the Lindberg office to the Lemay office were friendly and looked like they truly enjoyed their jobs. I have heard horror stories from friends and family about their car buying experiences, but from my first coversation with Nick, over the phone until we closed on the sale of our vehicle, it was pleasant and none stressful. They talked to you like you are a person, not like someone that was just trying to make a sale and they went out of their way to satisfy our needs. I would recommend this Dealership 100 percent. You never feel like you are being pressured and they really respect your decisions. Nick is a young man that has the right personality for this business, I can see him going very far in his career. The reason I have given this review is that it is really the truth. Everyone from the girls in the office to the people in the shop have just been outstanding in there service and going out of there way to the truth. Now to my salesman I can only say that he went out of his way in helping me even before we were ready to purchase another KIA. I talked to him a number of times over a six to twelve month period about the models that they had as the car we had was no longer made which was sad to hear. When my wife and I went out to the dealership they gave us keys and let us drive them a couple of different times before we decided on the SUV that we purchased. All of this without a great deal of arm twisting as we wanted a car we were just not sure which one the first time we both went together. More

I started my search at another dealer for a different car and felt I was treated rudely and with no regard to what I was looking for in my new car. I remembered visiting Suntrup Kia the year before and the excellent salesman who took care of me until I decided it wasn't the right time for me to buy. When my initial experience this time around was not a good one, I immediately thought of Suntrip Kia and hoped the same salesman would still be there. Not only was Don still there, but he remembered me and understood exactly what I was looking for. I bought the first car I test drove because it was so perfect and I'm loving it still. There were no surprises throughout the deal and service from Don continues to be above and beyond. He is personable and works hard to understand his customer's needs and what they are willing and/or able to pay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. More

Originally, I went to the dealership to look at Kia Sportage model cars as I was looking for a new vehicle after totaling my other car. I test-drove the Kia Sportage and was not 100% certain if the vi Sportage model cars as I was looking for a new vehicle after totaling my other car. I test-drove the Kia Sportage and was not 100% certain if the view line was good for me. Tony asked a few questions about my concerns and asked if I was sure about an SUV versus a sedan. I stated that I did want something a bit different than a sedan. At that time, Tony showed me the Kia Soul and recommended I test drive that model. I did and loved the car from the moment I pulled out of the lot. The rest was made very easy and painless to obtain my new Kia Soul because of Tony's help. More
