As requested, I sent an email to: Missy Knight - mknight@suntrup.com on December 6th at 3:52pm No one ever replied and now I see on here that you are stating you could not contact me. No one ever tried! I did as you asked and opened a line of communication, I would expect the same from you instead of lying again that you tried to contact me and did not. You have my phone number, you have my email address. You have numerous ways of contacting me. This is not an issue of training your staff, it is an issue of selling a bad car and doing NOTHING to repair the car or compensate the customer for the malfunctions.
