I have bought a handful of cars before and did quite a bit of research before coming in, so I knew what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised by my I have bought a handful of cars before and did quite a bit of research before coming in, so I knew what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Suntrup. Chris was polite, engaging and seemed to really care about finding me the car I wanted, not the car he wanted to sell me. He sat me down, asked questions I hadn't even considered before but should have and we had it narrowed down to a couple of cars almost right away. After the test drive the only question was what color I wanted, which of course was the hardest choice to make. The free car washes made the choice of a black car an easy one for me, the little perks in life, right? Overall a great experience and would recommend Chris to anyone who needs a new car. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I went out shopping with 3 different cars in mind. The Kia Soul was one of them. I walked into the dealership and found Dave Chadwick ready to help. I went out shopping with 3 different cars in mind. The Kia Soul was one of them. I walked into the dealership and found Dave Chadwick ready to help. He was courteous, engaging and very knowledgable. I really felt that he was out to make a friend that day and if he could sell them a car they loved too, then all the better. That kind of caring, warm approach is a breath of fresh air in the car business. Even though I adored the car when I drove it, I was adamant about going to the other dealerships and test-driving the other two cars because buying a car is a big decision. It took me a few days, and during that time Dave kept in touch with friendly little "hellos" through e-mail and voicemain with additional information for me to consider. Never pushy, just always letting me know he was there for me in the decsion process. His willingness to keep in touch, answer a few additional questions and support me during the search stood out head and shoulders from the car salesmen at the other dealerships. They were nice people, but I didn't feel the "trust" factor and rapport with them that I had with Dave. The "trust" factor is everything when buying a car. Plus I liked the Kia Soul best, it's adorable :-) So if car buying is a daunting task for you and you don't know who to trust, try Dave, you will be in excellent hands. I miss him, I need to go back for a free car wash and to say Hi! More

I came in to Suntrup Kia with a plan to purchase a car. I walked out just 2 hours later and got into a 2014 Kia Soul, in green, my favorite color. Bottom line is that I traded in my truck, got a beautiful green Soul, and kept my payments lower than they were, by $20. Jon did a good job walking me through the lot, explaining the types of cars available. The business manager made sure that I was covered as far as warranty. All in all, they took good care of me. He understands that my time is important. Dave did not play any games, we just got down to business; the facts about the new car and my trade in. He is incredibly generous and kind and made us feel that we were important. He explained everything about the car and followed up. If you are shopping for a new car I would highly recommend Dave Chadwick. We left Suntrup happy and excited and feeling good about our choice. Next time I purchase a car I will definately call him. I dealt with Scott Seifried and he was AMAZING!! He was very personable and was very attentive to my situation and needs. He worked very hard and quickly to assist me through the entire process of my purch very personable and was very attentive to my situation and needs. At no time did he or any member of the team make me feel pressured or uneasy. He explained everything and was very knowledgeable with any and all questions that I had. Scott never presented himself as that typical or stereotypical "car salesman" he presented himself as a customer service representative which would handle your sale and assist you with the purchase of a vehicle and just wanted to make sure I left with a smile on my face. As a woman and single mother this was exactly what I was looking for. He at no time ever tried to over or up sale me. I actually began my process with Suntrup over the internet with a pre approval application and Scott was the sales rep that I began to deal with. He immediately began to look for the vehicle I was interested in and one that fit my situation. This entire process was done mostly over the phone due to my work schedule that day. I went into meet with him the next business day and parked right in front were the 2 vehicles that fit me perfectly. I looked, drove, we discussed all the options and a decision was made. Any representative that can assist me without being over baring or extremely annoying gets 2 thumbs up in my book. He never pestered me and was very honest and up front with everything from the first moment we spoke until I walked out with the keys to my new Kia. He made sure that I was totally happy with the vehicle before any paperwork was signed. The finance department was AMAZING as well. If you are looking for a dealership with a great selection of vehicles, GREAT sales and customer service team, as well as some of the nicest guys to deal with when purchasing a new car.
