I was able to drive the car I was looking at for the day and take it home to show my husband. Dan Mann Set The Bar of Excellence I drove from Troy, IL after hearing the Suntrup KIA commercial for about two weeks, and hearing the sincerity in Craig Suntrup's voice. Within minute I drove from Troy, IL after hearing the Suntrup KIA commercial for about two weeks, and hearing the sincerity in Craig Suntrup's voice. Within minutes, I recognized Craig's voice ACTUALLY inside the dealership thanking customers and taking a sincere interest in what brought them in to purchase a vehicle. I walked just a few steps farther through the front door and was immediately greeted by Dan Mann. He listened to me for 5 minutes rapidly explain exactly what I wished for and exactly what I needed to do without interrupting me; and was able to diffuse my sense of urgency (which I expected having dealt with other dealerships and sales staff) and walk me directly to my car. Immediately I was put at ease by his sincere Customer Care as well as knowledge of the Suntrup KIA extensive NEW and USED inventory. Dan was with me 100% of the way through the process, and made me feel true respect and trust, much like a long time friend. I knew EXACTLY what I was purchasing and was given options as well as allowed to fully browse any other inventory without being rushed. This was the easiest car buying experience ever. My car is BEST suited car for my family, my budget and my working needs. The entire staff treated my daughter and me with the highest and most sincere attention, care, and respect throughout the process. I have never felt such a warm welcome and appreciation for my business from any one person nor car dealership. I am a part of the Suntrup Family for life as well as a Suntrup Customer. We were in need of a new car...the old Subaru was on its last legs. We heard the Suntrup ad on the radio re the Kia Soul Lease. Dave welcomed us into the dealership, made us feel at home. He is highly knowledgeable about the vehicle and the lease procedure. He changed my stereotyped concept of a car salesman....and he personified the image that is projected in the Suntrup Kia advertisements! And, BJ in the finance department went to great lengths to assist us in finalizing our deal. His efforts were greatly appreciated. One side note...My 17 year old daughter was quite surprised when the owner of the dealership stopped by to shake her hand! More

I have bought a handful of cars before and did quite a bit of research before coming in, so I knew what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised by my I have bought a handful of cars before and did quite a bit of research before coming in, so I knew what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Suntrup. Chris was polite, engaging and seemed to really care about finding me the car I wanted, not the car he wanted to sell me. He sat me down, asked questions I hadn't even considered before but should have and we had it narrowed down to a couple of cars almost right away. After the test drive the only question was what color I wanted, which of course was the hardest choice to make. The free car washes made the choice of a black car an easy one for me, the little perks in life, right? Overall a great experience and would recommend Chris to anyone who needs a new car. More

With this being my first time buying a car, he did an excellent job explaing the process to me. After I purchased the car Admir follwed up with me to see how I like it. Any questions I've had he has always made himself available to answer them. I would highly recommend Admir. He made my first car shopping experience very easy going and pleasant. More
Best Car Buying Experience Ever! I went out shopping with 3 different cars in mind. The Kia Soul was one of them. I walked into the dealership and found Dave Chadwick ready to help. I went out shopping with 3 different cars in mind. The Kia Soul was one of them. I walked into the dealership and found Dave Chadwick ready to help. He was courteous, engaging and very knowledgable. I really felt that he was out to make a friend that day and if he could sell them a car they loved too, then all the better. That kind of caring, warm approach is a breath of fresh air in the car business. Even though I adored the car when I drove it, I was adamant about going to the other dealerships and test-driving the other two cars because buying a car is a big decision. It took me a few days, and during that time Dave kept in touch with friendly little "hellos" through e-mail and voicemain with additional information for me to consider. Never pushy, just always letting me know he was there for me in the decsion process. His willingness to keep in touch, answer a few additional questions and support me during the search stood out head and shoulders from the car salesmen at the other dealerships. They were nice people, but I didn't feel the "trust" factor and rapport with them that I had with Dave. The "trust" factor is everything when buying a car. Plus I liked the Kia Soul best, it's adorable :-) So if car buying is a daunting task for you and you don't know who to trust, try Dave, you will be in excellent hands. I miss him, I need to go back for a free car wash and to say Hi! More
