On the other side of the family tree, Don’s children, Butch and Craig, are proud partners in Suntrup Nissan/Volkswagen, Suntrup Kia South, Suntrup Hyundai in South County, and BMW of West St. Louis. As Craig Suntrup reflects, "We all started early in the business, around age 12, doing the grunt work—washing cars, cleaning parts, and painting walls."

Internet pricing is the way to go - Know before you BUY! Don't walk in without knowing what you want and how much you want to pay. Josh tried to up-charge me almost $3000 from the internet price quote I got in advance. I knew what I wanted to pay and he decided to play some games. I am not sure why he did this but it was not a customer service friendly approach. We reached an agreement but then he just handed me off to Jeff (which I was fine with). If you can use a computer, shop internet pricing - be specific - get quotes on specific stock items - and know what the car sells for in advance. I bought the car but it would have been simpler had I not had to deal with Josh. More

We had been to four different dealerships that day unsure of what SUV we wanted and our experience with a few of those Sales Consultants had left me feeling a little discouraged. To the point where I just wanted to call it a day. BUT then we meet Nick and he seemed to turn the whole car buying experience around rather quickly. Great experience! Josh and the whole team helped us buy 2 cars that night!
