I advised him I didn't have a lot of time, so while I was test driving the vehicle they looked at my trade in and when I returned had all the information ready for me. When I picked up the Sportage Shannon was very good at explaining how operate everything on it. I have purchased several new vehicles, this was by far the best. Thanks so much to Scott Seifried.
