We dreaded buying a new car all week, only to end up having a stress-free and fun experience with John and Justin. From there, Dave Chadwick helped us finance, and he was just outstanding. He's incredibly smart, knows about both financing and cars, and educated us on the warranties to help us pick one that worked for our lifestyle without overpaying. He's also very funny! What a happy day!! I went in to the Suntrup dealer thinking of buying a certain Kia car and hoping they would buy out my leased car that I was driving. Well, Justin and I went in to the Suntrup dealer thinking of buying a certain Kia car and hoping they would buy out my leased car that I was driving. Well, Justin and John worked several hours with me and I drove the car I intended on leasing, but wasn't totally happy. In talking to them, they had another idea and I drove what they thought I would enjoy and I began talking about leasing that car. The dealership was very nice to work with and we got everything worked out, they bought my leased vehicle and I drove home with a car I like and is fun to drive. They listened to me and figured out what I wanted and needed. The place was very clean and it was an enjoyable experience.
