I went in to Kia thinking my salesman would be just like all the others. This was by far not the case. Not once did Shannon pressure me. I felt like someone finally cared what I had to say, and what I really wanted. Not once did he try to push me into a car that I wasn't interested in. I felt completely safe, and like I could trust him. Turns out I was right. Other salesmen made me feel like buying a car was a game, but Shannon made me feel like family. He was not the only person who changed my entire experience. Every single person who came by to check in, or just to see how I was was more than kind.
