Best car buying experience ever! Scott Seifried and the other sales team members at Suntrup provided the most pleasant car buying experience of ou lives. Being in our late 60s my wif Scott Seifried and the other sales team members at Suntrup provided the most pleasant car buying experience of ou lives. Being in our late 60s my wife and I have purchased several cars through the decades but this was the easiest, no pressure, friendliest of all our vehicle transactions. Scott showed us vehicles that met our needs, left us to make our decisions with no pressure whatsoever. Everyone in the organization was professional and showed personal interest in assisting us. Scott provided service above and beyond a sales persons job description. After the purchase we returned the next day to finish paperwork and Scott personally checked the tires on our new car and checked functions of remote keys one of which required a reprogramming. He new we were leaving on a lengthy drive and wanted to make sure all was okay for our trip. Cannot say enough about the entire experience at Suntrup and about Scott Seifried, will definitely trade their again and highly recommend this dealership! Thank You Scott and the entire team! More

Car Wash Service Works Against the Consumer I've been a 2 time buyer from Kia. The car washes for both our cars keeps us coming back and buying. However, the "manager" in charge of the car wash I've been a 2 time buyer from Kia. The car washes for both our cars keeps us coming back and buying. However, the "manager" in charge of the car wash service at your new location has repeatedly been rude and unprofessional. He clearly does not want to help me Everytime and Anytime I come. He tells me the wait will be extreme , not to warn me , but to influence me to go away. Last time he left my car running , with the antenna on top of my car and didn't come to the waiting room to get me. Once a half hour went by I stepped out saw him on his phone and my car as described. Today he did the same thing , didn't say hi, told me it would be OVER 30 minutes bc his porters were busy with other cars (that didn't even have plates on them). His exact words were "you sure you wanna stay". I asked him to open the garage door and left. This is a back to back occurrence with ONLY this 1 employee. I have kept my mouth shut for weeks but today there were over 6 other employees standing around watching him do this to me again and I cannot hold back anymore. Why should I be punished for this? And now that I have made a claim is he going to be vengeful to my car? I have been getting my car washes for over 2 years and have never experienced this. I always tip my porters and am courteous. Now what? More

We told him what kind of care we were looking for, but he kept showing us other cars on the lot, playing more attention to my wife, then what we were wanting. When we put our foot down and asked him to stop, he got mad and left us standing on the lot. We attempted to find a manager, but not a one could be found, so we left. This was the worst experience buying a car we ever had. So we purchased a Ford Escape and LOVE it and the salesman treated us like humans. More
