With the second car, Dan worked very hard and very diligently to find exactly what I wanted and had it sitting there, already washed and ready for me to come in and sign some papers and go home. What this shows is that Dan listens and cares enough about you to remember! That is unheard of from a car dealership these days! Michael has to be one of the greatest sales managers in the business, it really shows in the actions and attitude of his team. The team in that dealership is outstanding, smiling and always having a great time! The sales staff and finance work together seamlessly to make your experience the best that it can be. He even pulled one of them off the show room for us to drive. In the end - they didn't have the color that we wanted, So, Dan and his team were able to get the car from another dealership within an hour. It was a pleasant experience in a no pressure environment. We drove away signed sealed delivered, the same day.
