Worst Car buying experience to date! Being from Omaha, I was searching the internet for a Kia Sedona for my wife. I happened to find one on your website that we liked and proceed to inqu Being from Omaha, I was searching the internet for a Kia Sedona for my wife. I happened to find one on your website that we liked and proceed to inquire about a purchase. Below are a sequence of events that made this the worst car buying experience to date: After being told by the salesman on Friday that the van we were looking at was at the shop and being detailed and that all paperwork would be ready to go to get the transaction completed quickly and i would be on my way home (6 hour drive), I booked airline tickets for an early Monday arrival. Upon arriving, I was informed that not only was the van not at the dealership but that the person driving it still had it and they had to go get, detail it and service it. It was also at this point that the paperwork process was just starting. Prior to me booking my flight, I asked very clearly if the Sedona we were looking at had the advanced cruise control. After talking with her manager I was assured that it did. After the car finally showed up, I went to verify and it did not. I was told they would knock another $500 off (note: this is a $2600 option), which was not acceptable as this was an option we wanted and were told that it had. With this we were forced to find another vehicle, in the area that matched our requirements and were forced to pay the additional cost. It was very clear that being from out of town that they could care less if I was unhappy or not as it was clear I would not be a return customer. I have no idea how a place with such a nonchalant attitude stays in business. More

No one we had gone to before were willing to work with our trade in that we were gonna be upside down on. I'm happy to say, Alan did everything in his power to get us the car we wanted. No one had treated us so well at a dealership before! I recommend this dealership and Alan Barlow to anyone who is looking for a good car, even if your situation is rough, they will work with you and do everything possible to get you into a car you want.
