Top Notch My husband wanted to get out from under his motorcycle that he was upside down on but he didn't know where to start, or if it would even be possible. My husband wanted to get out from under his motorcycle that he was upside down on but he didn't know where to start, or if it would even be possible. This was also an emotional decision because he had been riding since he was 18 and had owned a bike for several years but felt it was becoming too risky with so many inattentive drivers on the road. He visited Suntrup Kia and met with Mike Parsons. Mike listened to my husband's concerns, admired the bike, and even talked about his own. He really understood where my husband was coming from and could relate that this was not an easy decision. Within an hour, Mike had shown him a beautiful GMC Sierra that was newer, and had fewer miles than his current vehicle. We ended up making the trade. Our new monthly payments turned out to be substantially lower than what we had been paying which was an unexpected bonus! Mike and his team made us feel like they were on our side. We never felt pressured and from sales to service we received nothing but top notch service. Mike even called to let us know when our trade sold (which was actually the same day) which left us feeling happy that someone else was already enjoying our bike and it wasn't just sitting on a lot. Mike Parsons really put a personal touch on a process that is often dreaded. We have recommended Mike, and Suntrup Kia to friends and family who have also had their own satisfactory experiences.
