A wonderful car buying experience I had an excellent car buying experience with Dan Mann and Financial Advisor David Chadwick. I had an unusual circumstance that prevented me from being able to drive at the time of my car purchase. In anticipation of this, I started car shopping a few months earlier. When I first met Dan, I explained that I would not be purchasing a car anytime soon but needed information. I expressed that I did not want to be contacted or pestered, as many car salesmen do, to try to close the sale. Dan provided the information I requested and was always prompt and courteous but never imposing. I was able to test drive the vehicle I wanted with no pressure. When it was time to purchase, the negotiation process was very smooth. When they couldn't meet my specific asking price, Dan explained what costs factored into their counter offer. We was direct in the negotiation but never pushy. When it was time to discuss financing, David Chadwick made the signing experience very fun. He is quite personable, with a good sense of humor. I've never laughed so hard during a car buying process. I'm very excited to be a Kia Soul owner and very happy to be part of the Suntrup Kia South family of car owners! More

Pick up car paying cash told paper work is all in order and everything ready to go for plates. Will be mailed in week or two but have we have 30 days to do it will give you temp tags if any problems come up we will give a another set of temp tags. 2 weeks go by I call asking about paperwork, evening of big tent sale at South County Mall please call Monday, no problem. Call Monday, we will look for paperwork and send asap or call you back. Temp tags expire 8/20 8/19 lunch time call and ask were is paperwork, let us call you back. 20 minutes later we have your paperwork here, ok I'll pick it up after work about 3:30. Here's your paperwork were is the car? At home. Sorry it still needs an emission test could you bring up please. I don't have time, but I don't have a choice. Run home get car bring it up the service gentleman (the best employee I deal with) says let me see your paperwork. We open envelope you missing your safety inspection also we will take care of both. Ask to speak to some about getting anther set of temp tags, only one person can make this call and he is with customer. After 5:00 dmv closes at 6:00 and if I wait and go on Monday extra 25 bucks because after 30 days from purchase. Run to dmv the best service of this whole ordeal. Sorry for all the grammar mistakes. This the only 2nd time I have written a complaint letter in 51 years. I had a better experience buying a used car three years ago from the corner used car lot. More

He made sure we did not leave with any questions unanswered and was very thorough with the details and information and did his best to get our payment where we were looking for. This is why we came back around three weeks later to trade in our other car to get another 2017 KIA Soul. We really appreciate the Suntrup KIA South dealership as everyone is very helpful and does not look down on or treat us like we do not belong there as we are not rich. Most people consider buying a car a stressful experience, but going there is like being with friends, no pressure, they listen to your "wants" and "needs" and suggest something that works for you. I cannot give enough accolades to these two professionals........don't hesitate to stop by and see them, you will not be disappointed. I had to return to the dealership a dozen times before the car was finally mine in the way it was meant to be. When we walked into Suntrup, we were very much on guard and apprehensive. If there was a way to buy a car supermarket-style including a self-checkout -- that would had been us. However, Scott and Shannon didn't just put our fears to rest -- they turned the whole process into a pleasant experience. We drove off with a car elated to celebrate (spend more money!) Even the last step, usually the ickiest of the Icky, when they deploy the Slimy Iron Claw into your wallet -- the signing of paperwork during which you get barraged with the can't-live-without loan add-ons -- was pleasant and fun. Thank you Dave! Is there a way to give these 3 guys 6 stars? More
