Regular maintenance Took our 2013 optima in for regular maintenance and as usual was a great experience. Oil change and tire rotation was finished in about an hour. Disappointed I purchased a vehicle from Jonathan 2 1/2 weeks ago. He was great at first by getting the vehicle I was interested to their location from West County I purchased a vehicle from Jonathan 2 1/2 weeks ago. He was great at first by getting the vehicle I was interested to their location from West County. I had financing through my credit union so it was easy on that side. The next day I was working with my bank getting everything lined out. He text me asking if I could close that day. I explained I was working with them to try and get everything finalized. I called him twice leaving voicemails that day with no return calls. He finally text me that night saying he was off the next day and the car almost sold but that buyer couldn't get financed. I purchase the vehicle and Shannon helped me the day of the sale. He was great! Showed me around the dealership and made me feel confident in my purchase from them. With the vehicle coming from their West County location they did not have the emissions or safety inspection. I was told they would get it or have me come in. I have now reached out to them multiple times trying to get this and have not received them yet. I called Johnathan and left a message once again NO return phone call. I called Shannon since he helped me and he stated he thought Jonathan was working on it. He was going to get with him. Still have not heard back and that was over 5 days ago. More

Well Hello Renea guess who BYINGTON Ok how this place has 4.7 stars blows my mind. It surely isn't for service this place can't even fix a simple oil pan gasket leak on a 2014 kia optima Ok how this place has 4.7 stars blows my mind. It surely isn't for service this place can't even fix a simple oil pan gasket leak on a 2014 kia optima with les than 30000 on it. Been in there shop multiple times the shop manager don't even have the common sense to wait for the silicone are gasket maker to fully cure before they give it back. All he had to say to me was well we will be here to fix it next time it comes in REALLY KIA give me a break don't you think 3 times is enough. With no help from the service manager Renea decided to take the car to another dealer where hopefully they have some real mechanics other than the shade tree ones at SUNTRUP!!! Thanks for the xxxx hassle never again!! More
