Our new to us family vehicle My spouse and I were ready to get a new to us family vehicle with low miles and a price that wouldn’t break the bank. To our surprise we stoped in at Suntrup Kia and Cory showed us this 2014 Ford Focus with low miles and the perfect price stamp. Cory was very easy to talk to which made the entire car buying process easy to do. It was also nice that they had popcorn and a tv area so our son was entertained while we signed all the paperwork. Julie from accounting was also very nice and easy to talk to when finalizing the paperwork. Over all my family and I are pleased with our new to us car. :) More
Sub-optimum credit not welcome here Salesman was pushy trying to get me to buy. Communicated mostly through email. Quoted me multiple different monthly payment options but wouldn't answer me when I asked how much that made the car total or how much the interest rate was. Turns out I wasn't approved yet but they led me to believe I was. They completely disappeared and didn't answer emails, texts or calls the next day. Finally I got someone on the phone and they said their email to me must not have sent and that they had trouble getting me approved. Offered a much higher payment on an older much cheaper car. I declined and went elsewhere. Got a good deal on a newer model with low miles. More
