Bimmer Convertible I saw a car I liked online & clicked on the "chat". A representative asked me to come to the dealership to see it. It wasn't ready yet so that was a negative, but the salesman (Brandon) offered to take me to the prep location to see it. He was very nice & very easy to work with. He helped in any way he could & over a week or so we came to a deal. I told him I was ready to buy & asked when a good time to consummate the transaction. I came to the dealership & after waiting a while for Brandon (he was with another customer) he finished the paperwork quickly, but it took over 2 hours to drive the car away. The numbers had been agreed upon & I had asked for a time to pick up the car. I expected it to ready. I wouldn't have minded coming at another time if it wasn't. Winshield driver side wiper was not working! Stopped at the dealer with no appt and went to service desk and asked if they could work me in. Easy and overall great For weeks I had been looking at the Nissan Rogues, but on a whim I stopped in to Kia to view the Sorento.
