Service Department sucks I would not recommend the service department to a dead fly. The think women are dumb and talk down to you. I took my car in today with a appointment to have them look at a noise coming from my rear end. I explained in detail what and how it was doing it. Brain comes back to me after about 45 min and says they can not find a thing wrong with my car after they drove it. He also told me he was so short stuff that he could not send someone on a test time with me to let them hear the noise. I told him I was not stupid and left. I drove my car down the street not even a mile and I will be xxxx it did it again. I drove back to the dealer and asked for a manger, spoke with Dave to witch he talked down to me also. He said there was a rubber flap on the back of my car the was making the noise and they could be WD-40 on it to make it stop the noise, I left. I called their number and asked to speak to the top person, was told that was Elliot. Well I am still waiting for that call. This is not the first time Brain has talked down to me about my car, but it will be the last time. I was even told at 10,000 mile by Brain that my air filter needed changed, when I took it from him and held it up to the light you could still see light through the filter. This service department is SUCK!!! More

Crooks Took vehicle in for oil change. Was told about this new machine that can check your vehicle's alignment by just driving through it. Just had tires a Took vehicle in for oil change. Was told about this new machine that can check your vehicle's alignment by just driving through it. Just had tires and alignment done somewhere else in November, so there shouldn't be a problem. They call me and tell me that the front is aligned perfectly but the back is out. They want $99 for an alignment. I asked them to double check. They call back and tell me that there is no way any one could have aligned the front tires because the front ball joints, on a scale of 1-10 are a 10. They won't even pass inspection, but the magical alignment machine said they were perfectly aligned. They quoted me 3 prices, $682-$945 for front ball joints. I told them not to do it. I took the vehicle to my mechanic and watched him check the ball joints. No movement in them at all! Nothing wrong! Guess that's what happens when you go at the end of the month. Sales must have been down and they thought they could get me. Probably would have told me that my floor mats were out of alignment too. Last year they dropped something on the bumper of my vehicle and then denied it and would not repair it. More

I was highly impressed. He treated her like his own granddaughter. He listened and helped her find the perfect car. Loved this dealership until now I bought my first Kia Optima from them a few years ago and have been very happy until this time. I was trading in my car once some work was done on it I bought my first Kia Optima from them a few years ago and have been very happy until this time. I was trading in my car once some work was done on it by a body shop that caused me to need to trade it. Due to a delay in the service (which I kept making them aware of) it was taking longer than we'd both like for the work to be done so even though I had the new vehicle I could not return the old one yet (they do have the title). Long story short, one of their sales managers there just called me and threatened to have me arrested for stealing their car, even though they already have my title and the vehicle is being serviced by another company (none of this at my fault). He proceeded to yell at me and when I finally had enough and yelled back that I would sue if I was falsely arrested, he brought up that as I am a teacher he will call my employer and threaten to have me fired unless I bring the car (which is being repaired by another company) to him tomorrow. By the way this was my second (NEW) vehicle I was buying from them so I am not some person that just has a gripe. I cannot believe I am being treated this way. They have done nothing to try to fix the situation. I have text messages t from the person who sold me this car (Corey who later called me in a threatening manner) and you tell me if this is how you want to be treated. More
