I visited many car dealerships, every one of which tried to tell me I'd be happier with a car that was $4000-$6000 higher that what I had received as a settlement on my car. However, when I went to Suntrup Kia, everything changed. I met and worked with Walter Brown. In my opinion, he is the epitome of what a car salesman should be. He not only listened to what I needed, but went out of his way to find a car I could afford and would be happy with. Walter deserves five stars--he is absolutely the best car salesman I have ever dealt with!! More

Outstanding! I have to say that my visit to Suntrup was absolutely the best car dealership experience I have ever had. My car (which had been paid for) was totale I have to say that my visit to Suntrup was absolutely the best car dealership experience I have ever had. My car (which had been paid for) was totaled in an accident. With what the insurance company was offering as a settlement I had to stay within a certain budget. The other dealerships I had gone to told me that they had nothing in my price range and that I would have to purchase a $10000 to $12000 car because they had nothing less expensive. (I live on Social Security income, and even though I do have a part time job, I was really not in a position to incur car payments--of course they would be willing to finance it!) However, that all changed when I went to Suntrup and met Walter Brown. He was not only knowledgeable and caring, he truly listened to me and found a car that I could afford and would be happy with. He is truly the best car salesman I have ever worked with! More
