I waited for over 3 1/2 hours for financing! This is the 4th Kia I have purchased from Suntrup. The sales person was great, before I actually purchased the car. Now she won't call me back. The person who completed the financing was great. Once I finally got in. I was at Suntrup for a total of 5 hours! I had already picked out the car and my credit was preapproved before I arrived. Another issue I have with Suntrup is: after the sale, nobody will pick up a phone except for the receptionist! I was looking for paperwork on my previous Forte. I left 6 different voicemails. Finally Julie Hallett returned my call, and I didn't even contact her! Craig Suntrup says price sells cars. I have to agree with him because from my experience, you cant get anybody's attention after the sale. More
