I highly recommend Brian Richter and Clay Mayberry. I started out with Clay but I had made the appointment with Brian. This was my second experience at Suntrup Kia South and both times have been amazing. Both situations were resolved quickly (within a few hours) and with costs I feel were reasonable. Communication was handled mostly through texts/email (my preference) and the first time I had immediate responses. This second time communication wasn’t as quick but still within a reasonable time frame. My most recent advisor, Brian Richter was courteous, helpful, and a joy to work with. I will continue to have my Kia serviced at this location!! More

Before coming into the dealership for an appointment than I had scheduled, I requested to see Dan Mann specifically because I had a lot of questions and concerns and wanted someone with his years of experien I had scheduled, I requested to see Dan Mann specifically because I had a lot of questions and concerns and wanted someone with his years of experience. The day I made the appointment, I actually got an email from him a few hours later of a video of him introducing himself and showing the car that I was interested in. I thought that was going above and beyond to take a little time out to do something like that before even meeting me, ya know. Made me feel like I was going to get great customer service when I actually do show up to my appointment and I did. Positive attitudes all around. After my test drive, I was sure I wanted the vehicle and Dan made me feel confident that I would pull off with that vehicle and I did. He answered whatever questions I had and welcomed me to call him if I had anymore questions. He’s a real pro and a real asset to the company. Thanks Dan! - Shaun D. More

Three years ago, my buying experience was excellent and my experience on Feb., 12th, 2021 was even better. For positive outcomes, I think buying a car ranks up there with buying a house (search, comparisons, decisions etc.)- lots of stress. Robyn was my client advisor - she asked what I was looking for, conveyed my wishes to sales etc. and it happened. During the paperwork process, she asked if I was excited. My response leaned towards negative. But, it wasn't that I wasn't excited, I was stressed! I think she sensed that and did all she could to make me more comfortable. It worked! A great example of customer service. And, when she asked to take my picture after I'd completed the sale, I groaned.....I hate taking pictures! But, she did a great job again! I look marvelous! She can add photographer to her resume. Thanks to her and Jeff and the the financial folks for turning a stressful experience in to a pleasant one. I love my vehicle already! God Bless! More
