This was the 3rd car we have purschased from Suntrup Hyundai. Never have I had more issues with the Service Department as much as I have since 2010. Suntrup purchased my Mercedes through an auction. I have dealt with Arman in the past and this last time I am extremely dissapointed, he has not returned my calls (probably about 20 of them) and then finally when I talked to someone else they told me that he has gone to a different dealership. The big problem is that now I have to explain to this new gentlemen the issues I am dealing with and as he told me "hmm that's weird i don't know who told you that". One Service department doesn't know how to answer thei phone because I few times I have been on hold for more than 5 minutes to the point where I hang up. When I finally talked to the last gentlemen which was three weeks ago, he wrote down my msg and was going to have Service call me, guess what not a single call back. I am pretty sure if I call again someone else will pick up, won't know what I am talking about, take a msg and nobody will call me back. I am extremely disappointed in the service department where I am completely done with Suntrup. More
Suntrup was by far the closet Hyundai dealership to my house. However, after looking for a new car there I decided to buy from a dealer (St. Charles Hyundai) 30 miles further away. Their sales are gimmick house. However, after looking for a new car there I decided to buy from a dealer (St. Charles Hyundai) 30 miles further away. Their sales are gimmicky and prices are much higher. However, my biggest complaint is with their service. I have had my car towed there for service due to its proximity to my house. They said it was just a dead battery. It was replaced. Then 3 weeks later the same thing. My car won't start and I have to have it towed to Suntrup. They said it was just a bad battery and replaced it. I was told everything else checked out fine. 5 days later same problem. Before I dropped it off I called ahead to make sure Suntrup would pick up the bill for the rental car that I would need for a third time. There policy is they don't give out loaners and even under these circumstances would not give me a loaner or pay for a rental car. I refused to take it there again and jumped started it so I could make it out to St. Charles Hyundai were I was given a loaner with no questions asked. More

We bought a new 06 Azera from this dealership. Love the car but have had nothing but major problems. The mechanics can diagnose one problem today & you can take the vehicle back tomorrow & get another dia car but have had nothing but major problems. When a customer is upset, he must be able to handle & not "smurk". More
James the Service Dept. Mgr. at Suntrup Hyundai Car Dealership provided great service when my ML320 Mercedes Serpentine Belt broke. I arrived at 7:00 in the morning at the dealership. I explained to James that the tow company sent my car to the wrong dealership. Immediately, after I finished James got a loaner car prepared, told me to give him the number of the tow co. and he would take care of the situation. I was able to get to work on time and reliable transportation due to his willingness to help a customer. I am a new customer at this dealership. James made me feel valued and welcomed. Thanks James! Keep the good work up! I look forward to building a relationship with this company. More
