I’ve had two encounters with Bob and both have been awesome. His breadth and depth of knowledge about what is good for my car, what it needs, and what is the best solution is unparalleled. He has taken very good care of me, and I have had my trust rewarded in spades. The first time, our engine blew up. He knew exactly what had happened, explained to me the history of the issue, and made sure that the right steps were taken that were appropriate for the car warranty etc. The second time, he went to bat with the insurance company to make sure that there was enough authorization to fully fix our car after damage caused to it. He gave me the impression he knew each customer personally. He treated me the same way. I left feeling like a valued customer. Able to book appointment online. Not every dealer offers the opportunity to book and confirm your service appointment online. Don't bother to add any text to your request to your app Not every dealer offers the opportunity to book and confirm your service appointment online. Don't bother to add any text to your request to your appointment, I did not get the impression that they had been reviewed prior to my visit. Some just offer the ability to request a time to be confirmed at a later date. For this visit John was my service advisor and I don't think I heard from him until the car was finished. Someone else checked us in. Since the car is relatively new, we only needed to scheduled maintenance and vehicle inspection. Be prepared to get with 3 requests to review the dealer after you are finished or ignore them. More

Since it was not my vehicle I didn't want to make any financial decisions without my daughter's prior authorization. Jamie was extremely helpful and she called my daughter at work to clarify all of the issues and costs that the service checkup would cover. She then recommended a maintenance package that would be affordable for her limited budget. I greatly appreciate that she went above and beyond. Steve Harper sold her the car back in 2018 and he was one of the best salespersons I have ever experienced. I could tell he truly cared about my daughter's ability to afford the car and he worked very diligently to get her the best deal possible. Thanks so much Steve! More
