Jorden did awesome! I brought my car in for maintenance and having issues after another mechanic looked it over. He was very quick to get me in, diagnose the problem, and excellent with communication. I lo and having issues after another mechanic looked it over. Although it can be a hassle bringing a car in for a recall, John the service rep made the experience bearable; he was personable, professional, and very communicative to include explaining how the reca recall, John the service rep made the experience bearable; he was personable, professional, and very communicative to include explaining how the recall repair will be conducted. The dealership also provided a loaner car to run errands while the car was undergoing the recall repair, repair was completed by the estimated time, and my car was even returned back to me with a fresh wash. This is only my second time coming to this dealership for routine maintenance and now recall, but both times have been excellent! Great customer service! More
