The intake young lady (Sorry but I forgot her name) was very helpful. She laid out on a large screen the service that was to be perform. The tech, NT, checked the wipers, and something new, showed a video of checking the wipers. The wipers were still serviceable. He also showed the engine compartment indicating the service done. John Dingley is my favorite service manager. He is always very helpful and thorough. More
