Tim was very pleasant to speak with. He explained everything thoroughly and was great about checking to make sure the service we needed was covered under our warranty. He was honest with stating I may have to possibly bring my vehicle back in to catch the glitch I was having, but assured me he made notations of the issue I was having. Should the issue arise again, he would contact Hyundai to have the piece replaced. My parents have been in a losing battle with Auffenberg Hyundai in Ofallon, IL regarding repairs on their 2021 Santa Fe. So to have Tim and Suntrup looking out for us and actually showing he cares, makes us so appreciative! Suntrup has been a great dealership to us. Your service department is great they always go above and beyond. Craig was my service advisor and he made sure one of my questions/request was taken care of and promised he would get back to me and he did beyond. I also had a discoloration on my white seats that I believe came from my blue jeans. He took the problem to Elliot Silk who personally made sure the discoloration was removed.
